Often sucks, because it takes me away from what matters; my family.

Some say I am lucky, that I get to travel for work, which means at no cost to me. Even my wife says that, but I just have a hard time getting on board with that.

Call me old fashioned if you will, but I don’t cherish much more in life than time with my friends and family, and being on the road, especially overseas for a week, makes that difficult. I hate missing things, like my daughter starting to speak and all.

She said her first word this moring.
